Introduction
Welcome to Nook Hop PTY's pod rental service. By renting a pod from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (T&C). Please read them carefully.
Rental Agreement
Clients (referred to as "you") agree to rent pods from Nook Hop PTY on a per-minute basis, subject to availability and these T&C.
The rental period is defined as the time from when you access the pod until you vacate it.
Use of the Pod
You agree to use the pod solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the pod by others.
You are responsible for keeping the pod clean and tidy during your use. You must leave the pod in the same condition as it was in when you first entered it.
Payment
Rental fees are charged on a per-minute basis. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or according to the payment instructions provided.
Failure to pay in accordance with these T&C may result in termination of your access to the pod services.
Termination of Rental
You must vacate the pod once your rental period has ended. Overstaying without extending the rental period may result in additional charges.
Nook Hop PTY reserves the right to terminate your access to the pod if you breach any of these T&C.
Liability and Indemnification
Nook Hop PTY will not be liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings while using the pod.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nook Hop PTY from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the pod or your breach of these T&C.
Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
Nook Hop PTY reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. You will be subject to the T&C in force at the time that you use the pod unless any change to those policies is required by law or government authority.
